Ingredients: 1 Box Lemon cake mix; 1 pkg Instant lemon pudding mix; 1/2 C Oil; Lemon Cupcakes; 3 Large eggs; 3/4 C Non-fat sour cream; 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract; 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice; Oatmeal Crumble; 1/2 C Butter (softened); 1/2 Light brown sugar; 1/2 C All-purpose flour; 1/2 Oatmeal

1 Can Lucky Leaf Blueberry Pie Filling
Zest of one lemon

Instructions

Empty the can of pie filling into a pot over medium-low heat. Zest lemon rind into the pie filling. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low. Cook on low for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool completely. You can refrigerate to speed up the process.
