2015 Favorite Baking Things Giveaway
This time of year, it is especially important that I thank YOU for sticking with me through another year of my sugar crazed madness! Can you believe it’s been 3 years already? This has been a bit of a tough year for me. Outside of my regular full-time job and this blog, I’ve been writing a cookbook! Well my cookbook is due is just about a month. It will be available next summer! I tried to take a little break from my blog to focus on my book, but it was hard to stay away! I love this little corner of the internet that I have carved out for myself. Now take a look through here and see if anything interests you! Don’t forget to enter the giveaway at the end!

9-inch Tart Pan- I have a whole section in my cook with tarts. This 9-inch tart pan doubles is also perfect for tarts whether they are frozen, baked no not-baked.
9-inch Springform Pan- I have a few of these in rotation in my pantry. I made quite a few no-bake cheesecakes for my book, but this is also great for pies, so you can just peel away the edges of the pan and you are left with a beautiful crust! You will also need one of these if you are baking a cheesecake!
Mini Tart Pans- I made a few single-serving size desserts in these mini tart pans, because dessert is no always meant to be shared!

OXO Nesting Measuring Beaker Set | OXO Medium Cookie Scoop | OXO Measuring Cup Set
OXO Nesting Measuring Beaker Set– I included these in my giveaway! It helps out a ton when I run out of measuring cups!
OXO Medium Cookie Scoop- I use these for ALL my cookies! I also have a large scoop that I use for all my cupcakes so they bake up evenly. The winner will get a cookie scoop and a cookie spatula!
OXO Measuring Cups- I love these because they snap together so easily. It is easy to use them and wash them as you need them!

Silpat Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat- This is a must-have item. I use this for everything! Baking cookies making chocolate, any brownies or bars. I have them in multiple sizes to fit my different pans.
Digital Kitchen Scale– I measure out all my dry ingredients for my baked goods. This kitchen scale is lightweight and compact.
Wilton Angled Icing Spatula- I have at least three of these in different shapes and sizes. I use it for everything! It’s great to spread frosting and toppings because it creates an even surface and you don’t drag your hand!
My baked goods are only as good as my pans!
Calphalon Mini Muffin Pan | Calphalon Brownie Pan | Wilton Recipe Right 12-Cup Cupcake Pan
Calphalon Mini Muffin Pan: This is the secret to all my cookie cups! It is deeper than a standard mini muffin pan and the sides are more straight up.
Calphalon Brownie Pan: I have 4 of these pans and use them for everything! They fit so nicely in my fridge! I use them for bars because it is easier to get them out of the pan since the side walls are lower.
Wilton Recipe Right 12-Cup Cupcake Pan: I used to be a dark-non stick type of baker, until I tried these! My cupcakes bake up so evenly and beautiful! The winner will get 2 of these amazing pans!

Ninja Coffee Bar- I recently had a chance to check this out at BlogHer Food Chicago. Holy cow! I need this for Christmas!
KitchenAid Hand Mixer- I have two different sized stand mixers, but time and time again, I love using my hand mixer when I don’t feel like lugging out my big ones.
Kitchen Aid Ice Cream Maker- As soon as summer hits, I keep my ice cream maker in the freezer at all times for last-minute ice cream cravings!

Express Lane Cooking | 100 Rotisserie Chicken Recipes | Sandwiched |
Express Lane Cooking: Oh my gosh, I can;t say enough about this book by Shawn from I Wash You Dry. It’s 80 Quick-Shop Meals Using 5 Ingredients. We make the Orange Chicken on the regular.
100 Creative Ways to Use Rotisserie Chicken in Everyday Meals: The title says it all. Trish’s book just came out and I can’t wait to get my hands on it. We eat a LOT of chicken!
Sandwiched: Grill ‘Em, Toast ‘Em, Stuff ‘Em, Eat ‘Em. Tanya’s book puts my everyday sandwich to shame.
