This Tequila Pineapple Punch is perfect for summer! It's made with tequila, coconut rum, pineapple juice a splash of lemon juice and a little seltzer to top it off.

Tequila Pineapple Rum Punch

  • 2 ounces tequila
  • 1 ounce coconut rum
  • 1 ½ ounces pineapple juice
  • ¼ ounce lemon juice
  • 3 ounces seltzer


  1. Fill a large cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, coconut rum, pineapple juice and lemon juice. Shake well.
  2. Pour over ice and top with seltzer and a lemon wedge.


I added some sugar to the rim of the glass by running a lemon wedge around the edge and dipping the glass into some sugar. It’s totally optional.

I prefer to use white tequila but once I ran out I started making it with gold tequila and it was just as good. I also buy the small cans of pineapple juice.
