It’s been a busy week here over at Beyond Frosting! We started off Sunday with a huge giveaway (be sure to stop by and enter), then came Snickers Cookie Cups and yesterday Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies. Today is my monthly post over at Chef in Training and I am sharing this Maple Spice Cake Ice Cream.
This is a no-churn ice cream flavored with pure maple syrup and mixed with spice cake. The original idea was thought up from Ashton over at Something Swanky. To add cake into ice cream, is just awesome. As I mentioned above, this is a no-churn recipe. You just combine a couple of simple ingredients in your mixer, and crumble in the cake. Then you just pour the ice cream batter into a freezer safe container.
