Description

Creamy white chocolate and strawberry fudge are loaded with crushed Circus Animal Cookies in this easy circus animal fudge recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Circus Animal Cookies

For the Strawberry Fudge

  • 1 package (11 ounces) White chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2/3 Cup Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 Cup Marshmallow cream
  • 1 package Instant Strawberries and Cream pudding mix

For the White Chocolate Fudge

  • 1 package (11 ounces) White chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/3 Cup Sweetened condensed milk
  • Sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×9 glass pan with Crisco and/or line with parchment paper (I do both; it makes it easier to remove the fudge once it is set). Set the pan aside.
  2. Use a Ziploc bag and rolling pin or wooden spoon to crush circus animal crackers into smaller pieces. Set aside
  3. To prepare the strawberry fudge, combine white chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk in a pot. Heat on medium-low, then stir until completely mixed. White chocolate can burn easily, so watch carefully.
  4. Once fully melted, add marshmallow cream and instant strawberry pudding and whisk until smooth. Pour 2/3 of the mix into the bottom of the glass pan. Set the remaining 1/3 aside.
  5. Press 2/3 of the circus animal crackers into the strawberry fudge base.
  6. Prepare the white chocolate fudge by combining the white chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk in a pot. Heat on medium-low, then stir until completely mixed. White chocolate can burn easily, so watch carefully. Pour the mixture over the top of the strawberry fudge. Poor remaining 1/3 of the strawberry fudge on top and swirl with a knife.
  7. Press remaining circus animal crackers into the top of the fudge and add additional sprinkles.
  8. Allow fudge to set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before cutting to allow chocolate to soften slightly. I suggest removing the fudge from the pan before cutting.
