Mimosa Milkshake

A vanilla milkshake made with orange juice and champagne create a bubbly milkshake that will leave you wanting seconds.


  • 1 Half gallon vanilla ice cream
  • 1 C Orange Juice
  • 1 C Champagne
  • For the whipped cream
  • 1/2 C Heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • Zest of 1 orange


  1. In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream and orange juice. Pulse until lightly blended. Add champagne and pulse until well blended.
  2. For the whipped cream
  3. Beat heavy whipping cream on medium high speed until bubbly. Add powdered sugar and orange zest. Continue to beat until stiff peaks form. Serve on top of milkshake


I suggest to pre-freeze glasses!
