Place the eggs in a Ziploc bag and use a heavy object like a rolling pin to break the mini eggs into small pieces.

Cream the butter and sugar together for a couple of minutes. Then add the eggs and vanilla.

Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then gradually add it to the dough.

Add in the mini chocolate chips and crushed Cadbury eggs.

Using a medium-sized cookie scoop, portion out the dough and stack one on top of the other.
