Butter Cocoa Powder Powdered Sugar Vanilla extract Heavy Cream
- Use cold butter and properly beat it - Sift the cocoa powder - Whip the finished buttercream for a light and fluffy texture
Beating the butter for several minutes.
Add the sifted cocoa powder, then mix with the butter.
Alternate adding the powdered sugar and part of the liquid ingredients.
Finally, whipped the finished buttercream.
