This easy blondie recipe produces thick, buttery homemade blondies with plenty of brown sugar and vanilla flavor. Everything comes together in one bowl in 15 minutes!

  • ¾ cup (170g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ¾ cups (384g) light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cup (245g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon (9.5g) corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon (3.7g) baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) salt
  • 2 teaspoon (10ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (180g) white chocolate chips

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray and a 8-inch pan with cooking spray and then line with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Combine the butter with the sugar; beat together until well combined. Next add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat until well combined.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the bowl and beat just until the flour is incorporated. Then add the white chocolate chips and beat until combined.
  4. Press the dough in a prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake at 350°F for 30-34 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Cool completely prior to cutting.

  • Add your favorite mix-ins: These would also be great with chopped nuts, peanut butter chips, mini M&Ms or Reese’s pieces.
  • These can also be baked in a 9-inch square pan, just reduce the baking time by 5-10 minutes (estimated)
  • Store in a airtight container for up to 5 days.
