Description
This easy blondie recipe produces thick, buttery homemade blondies with plenty of brown sugar and vanilla flavor. Everything comes together in one bowl in 15 minutes!
Ingredients
- ¾ cup (170g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 ¾ cups (384g) light brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ½ cup (210g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon (9.5g) corn starch
- 1 teaspoon (3.7g) baking powder
- 1 teaspoon (5g) salt
- 2 teaspoon (10ml) pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup (180g) white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray and a 8-inch pan with cooking spray and then line with parchment paper and set aside.
- Combine the butter with the sugar; beat together until well combined. Next add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat until well combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the bowl and beat just until the flour is incorporated. Then add the white chocolate chips and beat until combined.
- Press the dough in a prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake at 350°F for 30-34 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Cool completely prior to cutting.
Notes
- Add your favorite mix-ins: These would also be great with chopped nuts, peanut butter chips, mini M&Ms or Reese’s pieces.
- These can also be baked in a 9-inch square pan, just reduce the baking time by 5-10 minutes (estimated)
- Store in a airtight container for up to 5 days.
