Easy Blueberry Muffins

What Are Blueberry Muffins?

Beat the eggs until light and fluffy, then add oil, buttermilk, vanilla, and sour cream.


Whisk the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet batter.


Once the flour just starts to combine, fold in the blueberries.


Line and fill 6 muffin wells per pan with batter, alternating space between liners. Then top with berries and sanding sugar.


Bake the blueberry muffins for 16-18 minutes. Then allow the muffins to cool.
