Overripe Bananas Oil & Butter Milk Baking soda Baking Powder Cinnamon
- Make sure bananas are overripe. - Measure out the mashed bananas. - Adjust the baking time as needed until the toothpick is clean.
Mash the bananas, and measure out 1 1/4 cups.
Combine with the wet ingredients.
Combine and add the dry ingredients.
Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan.
Bake and let cool before slicing and serving.
