Butter Brown Sugar Cornstarch White Chocolate Chips

Cream together brown sugar with melted butter, then add the eggs and vanilla.

Beat the dry ingredients into the batter until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Transfer the blondie batter to a parchment-lined 8” baking pan.
