These homemade blondies are thick, chewy, and buttery with plenty of brown sugar and vanilla flavor. The recipe comes together in one bowl in 15 minutes!
Butter Brown Sugar Cornstarch White Chocolate Chips
First, cream together brown sugar with melted butter, then add the eggs and vanilla.
Beat the dry ingredients into the batter until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Transfer the blondie batter to a parchment-lined 8” baking pan.
Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes, then take the blondies out to cool completely.
Then, just slice and serve!
