Red Velvet Brownies

These fudgy homemade brownies have a chewy texture and a bright red crumb, topped with white chocolate chips!

What Are Red Velvet Brownies?

Oil Buttermilk Red Food Coloring Cocoa Powder White Chocolate Chips Baking Soda Baking Powder

Key Ingredients:


Mix together the sugar, oil, buttermilk, vanilla, vinegar, egg, and red food coloring.


Combine the dry ingredients separately, then add them to the red batter and fold in the chocolate chips.


Pour the batter into a greased and lined 8×8” baking pan. Sprinkle over extra chocolate chips so that they sit on top.


Bake for 25-30 minutes. Then allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares.
